With over three decades of expertise spanning clinical service delivery, personal injury insurance, and consulting, Kim Ward brings extensive experience across multiple compensable injury schemes, claims management, workplace wellbeing, and clinical injury management. As an Associate Director at EY's Health and Human Services team and in pivotal roles such as General Manager of Claims and Liability Management at Comcare, Kim has consistently delivered exemplary results.
This success is grounded in a solid foundation of frontline claims experience, following an extensive clinical career focused on complex and chronic injury recovery. In her roles as a clinician, senior leader, and consultant, Kim has developed broad expertise across the entire continuum of health and wellbeing. Her background as a Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist in high-performance and high-demand environments enables her to communicate effectively with clinicians, understand their challenges, and drive both behavioural and operational change. Kim maintains strong clinical, high-performance, and academic networks, actively engaging with current evidence-based practices.
